If you or the person who receives flowers or gifts from us believes that they are damaged or defective in any way then please get in touch with us immediately and we will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If any of the flowers or gifts that we deliver are unwanted for any reason these are not able to be returned, refunded or exchanged.
