SHIPPING 

We feel the same, when you buy something new you want to receive it as quickly as possible.  We have listed below our key shipping terms.  If you have any questions you can email studio@yvetteedwards.co.nz and the team will respond as soon as possible to help with your query. 


Wellington Customers

We use No-Car Cargo for most CBD deliveries and an express courier service for deliveries outside of the central city.  You will often see us in our van, out and about hand delivering larger items. 

Pricing

Our pricing is calculated depending on the delivery address and will be added at check out. 

If you have ordered online you will be sent an email once your purchase has been dispatched.

If you have ordered over the telephone you can email studio@yvetteedwards.co.nz for a delivery update. 


YE SHIPPING INSURANCE ✔

Be safe in the knowledge that for all packages, Yvette Edwards Ltd will cover you for any issues.  If it gets lost and doesn't turn up or something has squashed it along the way we will make sure your aren't out of pocket.  As some of our items are not replaceable and maybe one of a kind, we will discuss alternative options with you on a case by case basis, again we want to make you smile.  On some occasions when plants are especially rare we may point out that we are shipping at your own risk as some plants are irreplaceable.
